IGF-1 route of administration for injury healing

Hi everyone. I've read in different places that IGF-1 is great for healing. But I can't find really find info about it's use, which is the route of administration for injury healing? IM, SUB-Q or IV? I hope it's not intra-articular, because I probably won't be able to do them by myself and it might be really painful.

Inject it intramuscularly around the site of injury. You must "micro dose it", that means if you use 100ug/day then inject 10ug in 10 different spots around the site of injury. Good luck with healing your injury

Alright thanks man, but Im thinking of using only 50mcg/day so that would be 10 injections of 5mcg IM in injured area?
