If it stings or not usually depends with what I mixed it.. Sterile water stings for me but bacteriostatic doesn't..
What dissolvent are you using? I don't get any post injection pain with bacteriostatic water

When I used same bacteriostatic water with HGH it didn't cause any sting.
Sometimes it stings after injection even with bacteriostatic water so I wouldn't worry about it..
For me it hurts subQ when I sometimes hit a blood vessel and also it stings a little if dissolvent was sterile water.
