    alcohol impact on hGH injections

I love to go to the club once or twice per week, will alcohol consumption impact IGF1 built-up in your body or would it be ok.. What are your thoughts on drinking alcohol on weekend? I mean couple of drinks, not getting wasted.

It doesn't matter if you run HGH or not, drinking alcohol altogether is harmful to your health mate.

I can't tell about the actual effects alcohol has on your hormone levels.. but I know that if you're trying to get ripped it'll seriously affect your rate of metabolism, I do think it has adverse effects hGH/IGF-1 and mostly testosterone levels.
furthermore it is most likely gonna impact your workouts, sleep and diet as well and every one of those are likely to impact your IGF-1.

In my opinion if you are serious and dedicated about working out and you've goals that you're trying to achieve then drinking alcohol weekly is a terrible idea. I also don't see the point to take so expensive supplements like hGH and simply waste your money by drinking every week.
