    IGF-1 for injuries

I have been doing a research on how IGF-1 can assist with injury.

Is it true? Will IGF-1 help with my knee problems?

If yes, can someone suggest what doses and when to use?

I have successfully used TB-500 (Thymosin beta-4) to help with my knee problems. I've got chronic tendinitis and whenever I workout it gets swollen and painful. While on Thymosin beta-4 both the inflammation and soreness was gone. I was awesome, I was also lifting much more weight on squats.

I haven't used it for months now, but it is still much better than before.

IGF-1 is much more useful for injuries compared to muscle growth.. But in my experience TB-500 is a better choice it surely helped my elbow and my protocol looked like this:

Higher dose over 1st few days: 4mg Monday, 6mg Tuesday, 6mg Wednesday

And after that 2mg/week for 5 weeks.

I think I'm gonna try the TB-500 will see how it works relieving my knees pain.

Now simply have to find some.
