I'm looking for some peptide to take before going to sleep to make me feel sleepy and improve sleep quality. I am in a cutting cycle so something like ghrp-2 or ghrp-6 could make me hungry. I am considering ipamorelin.

Ipamorelin gave me quality sleep. I am now using GHRP-6 and haven't really felt appetite side effects, but the sleep quality is great. Both of them are dosed with Mod GRF 1-29.
I just bought 6 mg mod GRF 129 and 5 mg ghrp-2.
I am about to start with the dose my friend uses. 150mcg of each thirty minutes before going to sleep.
I will suggest starting at 50ug each first, to see how you feel, then increase it as much as 100ug. This is saturation, what this means is you will get the the most out from the lowest dose. More than 100ug, you get decreasing results.
Why not let your peptide to work well over a longer period of time?
You should be mindful that for some pre bed GHRP-2 can disturb sleep - more reason to follow zholtok's advice.
I have always been restless for about 30 minutes after injection with GHRP-2 from cortisol increase. But it does not take long to go away & I appear to sleep good.
I have had ghrp make me restless rarely. If they have, I discovered that my best pin is literally prior to I go to sleep. I am typically quick to fall asleep, plus it almost seems to have the most effective effect in my situation when I'm very relaxed and ready to sleep. I think some suffer with anxiety from the injection, and may even increase cortisol more from that.
In my situation I could say I absolutely sleep better with Ipam than GHRP2.
GHRP-2 made me hungry, to the point where I would personally get out of bed and look for food in the kitched. I never ate anything that was beneficial, I just craved sweets.
A little while ago I switched to Ipamorelin and notice a strong improvement to quality of sleep rested feeling each morning.
