A question about IGF-1 LR3 and the recovery protein

    Hello,

My first post, I am very happy to be among this community.

Next week, I will take a dosage of IGF-1 LR3 (50 mcg) after my workout for 4 weeks (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off).
I will also start a cycle of steroids (12 weeks) including Omnadren & Deca-Durabolin.

Actually, I use to take a protein immediately after my workout.

I don't know if the IGF-1 LR3 and a recovery protein may be used at the same time.

Should I first injecting the IGF and wait a while (how many minutes) before taking the protein ?

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi, welcome on board. IGF-1 LR3 is very potent peptide and is one that is directly involved in muscle building. Take your protein after workout and shoot LR3 at any time of the day, because it has very long half life, so it does not matter when you take it.

IGF-1 DES is the one that fast acting and must be taken before or after workout bilaterally in the muscles trained.

I am not familiar with the intramuscular injection using the IGF-1 LR3 (any help is welcome), I suppose it is also intended for subcutaneous injection ?

how long can you stay of IGF-1 LR3? can you inject anywhere or does it have to be the muscle trained? Also, what kind of fat loss effects does it have?

IGF-1 LR3 subq or IM does not matter, it is long acting and will be absorbed in bloodstream, then flow through the body and bind to receptors where needed and where not needed (GUT)

IGF-1 DES is very fast acting and is supposed to bind to muscle receptors before even is absorbed in bloodstream. This is how it works in theory.

So you want to shoot your DES only in muscle before or after workout or preferably both, but that's a lot pinning.
