1st Post lNewbie here...Some General PT-141 Questions

I've been reading & doing due diligence on PT-141. I'm familiar with mixing & injecting sub-q from a brief stint with HCG, so this "pinning" part isn't new to me. I have read many posts about how to reconstitute & the recommended dosages. My first order should arrive in a few days.

Here are some general questions in the mean time...
1. Why is PT-141 sometimes seen as IPT-141? What does the " i " indicate? Newer compound or all the same?
2. I've read to start with very low dose & titrate up as required. I plan to start at .5mg (1/2 of the "typical" 1mg dose). Assuming I have a good response, I would like to know how often I could use without desensitizing or building a tolerance. Would .5mg 1 x week be ok? So 4x a month.
3. I've seen conflicting reports about how long, once reconstituted, it'll last in the fridge. I've seen 1 month to 2-3 months referenced.
4. I've seen online pricing (all from US based companies) from $15 (with discount code) to $30-40. Is this a case of "you get what you pay for"?

Hi, never heard of ipt to be honest, from what i can find online it's the same thing bremelanotide.
Desensitization occurs with daily use, so you not need to worry about it.
Bremelanotide is not as fragile as other peptides and lasts longer than most peptides, if it's quality and properly stored product it should last for 3 month in fridge without problem. I have noticed that how long it last before starting to become less effective depends on what source i am using, so from my understanding better quality product will also last longer in theory. <-- i have nothing to back this up and it might be wrong, but that's my observation using 'same' product from different sources.
to answer your 4th question, definitely yes, this have been proved so many times, cheap products are either of bad quality or underdosed or if you are really unlucky you get both, but then you get what you pay for.

A few more questions for you or anyone else...

Say I inject before bed. Then I want to go to the gym the next mid morning. Aside from the obvious risk of keeping the randoms at bay, is doing a workout (including cardio) have any risks while being in the "window" of effectiveness? I know I read higher blood pressure was a concern but think that was only when using as a nasal application.

So would using 2x a week (say ~3.5 days apart) at lowest effective dose not cause desensitization? What about after months of doing that protocol?

Unless you are suffering from high blood pressure prior to pt-141 administration there is nothing to worry about. IF pt141 increased blood pressure to the level where doing physical activities would be dangerous then it was never used for sex, which is basically a good cardio on it's own

Yea i am pretty confident you will not get desensitization from using it couple times a week.

Few more quick questions...

As far as the random wood, if you have sex or even "rub one out", will it go away for a while like normal? Or does it stay hard even after ejaculating?

I've read many posts across various forums about how PT-141 stacks nicely with low dose Cialis. So say one is only on PT-141, will sexual stimuli definitely cause an erection? Or is it all mainly just randoms & the Cialis would help trigger the response during sexual stimuli?

So I did my first injection last night using .5mg. Unfortunately I felt absolutely nothing. Took shot at 8 pm. No nausea, no burning. Went to bed 10 pm. Sleep & rem wood...no difference. I did have some alcohol Sat. eve. so not sure that had any bearing or not. Sunday morning, absolutely still no difference. I bought from a reported "G2G" supplier (Rui) & paid higher price than other places. I know their is no guarantees, but like to think it wasn't bunk.

So I may simply be a non-responder. But I may have to try a 1 mg dose to see what that does since I have a whole vial anyway. If still nothing, maybe I would try another supplier to rule out the possibility of a bad order.

try 1mg next time, you should be feeling hot flush if it's legit product, boner is different story, it requires other hormones in your body to be functioning properly as well, for example if your testosterone is too low pt-141 won't do much of it's magic.

If you don't get anything out of 1mg not even side effects then it's pretty safe to say it's not pt-141.

Well, the company I ordered from is based in Texas. The vial came in an insulated foil bag, with an ice pack, all inside shipping box. The shipping was supposed to be 2 days, it took 3 days to arrive in NY. And who knows how long between the time of packaging & to being shipped. The vial was at best "cool", but definitely not warm. The ice pack was liquid by this point too. Not sure how much impact that all was. I'm going to try the 1 mg either tonight or tomorrow night.

Also, I already ordered another order from a different company. So if I don't respond to 1 mg w/ current, I have to at least know if it was a bunk product or not. If no response on current product at 1 mg, then I will restart on the new product at .5mg again.

Not sure how sensitive these unconstituted peptides are to temperature changes.

Wait a minute, did they ship it in liquid form? Normally peptides are shipped as a dry powder inside a vial and you are supposed to mix it with water at home so you can put it in fridge right away.

No, it was in dry form in a sealed vial. That vial was the one packed w/ an ice pack inside an insulated bag. I then reconstituted with Bac & immediately refrigerated.

No.. you need bacteriostatic or sterile water.
