I was after some tips. Previously I have used 2 ml of bac water in my 2mg bottle, simply because I thought it's easy to draw 10 ticks on my insulin needle knowing it's 100ug.
Now I have read the statement that less dilution is better. How much bac water do you use for mixing you peptides?
Too much bacteriostatic water could possibly dilute and effect the potency of the peptide.
As far as I know, the more the peptide is diluted the faster it will degrade.

Less liquid is beneficial to peptide life after reconstitution.
I go with a 1:1 ratio.. there is usually a bit of peptide left at the tip of the syringe, and using such little quantities of liquid would greatly diminish the actual dosage you're getting vs what you're leaving behind...
Why not use more bac water to irrigate during the time of injection?
What I'm suggesting is, mix with very little bac water in the storage vial, a sufficient amount so that you can correctly dose.
When injecting, draw your dose into the syringe, then draw some bac water into the syringe to irrigate the peptides when you inject. In this way, you are not degrading the peptide with too much bac water and you are not wasting 1/2 your dose getting stuck in the syringe.
