Yup B-6 helps. You could try wrist straps while training also or compressing bands. I'd CTS in the past but not growth hormone related. It took several months but the B-6 helped and I've not suffered from it since however now I take regular vitamin B complex.
If you are taking it all in one dose, then splitting it up will definitely help with carpal tunnel syndrome. Or reduce the dosage and for a couple of days, and then slowly increase it back.
