How many years should I use HGH?

I started using HGH just a month ago. So far, I notice some changes in my body - water retention and etc. I am expecting to see results after a few more months. However, my question is how long should I continue to use HGH to get long-lasting results? Thank you!

Well, if you use it for three years or more and then you keep on exercising and maintaining a proper diet, then you will definitely manage to continue rocking that great bod!

The effect only lasts for some time after stopping your hgh use. However, you can maintain it in a natural way by doing your workout routine and by paying attention to what you eat.

It is up to you, dear. If you think you already have enough, then go and stop it! If you think you want to use it for a lifetime, then no one is actually holding you back. Some people here use it for a decade or more and they are still perfectly normal.
