    ostarine

    Has anybody tried Ostarine only cycle for clean bulking? I would appreciate if you give me some tips and tell more about your experience. Thanks

    Tips - 30mg is enough. No need to over consume. Train hard. Push yourself to the utter limit. Eat alot, but keep it clean. High protein and low in carbs... and PCT is a must dude! Get familiar with it and incorporate that into your transformation process.
    Side effects: mad sexual drive, strength and muscle gain.

    How much gains did you make with 1 cycle? And did you keep your gains after cycle?
    And what is the best for PCT?

    Ostarine is best for cutting. As it is muscle sparing. You can also use it and eat at maintence or just below and still make gains.
    Pct=post cycle therapy. Use clomid and tamoxifen on PCT.

    So. I have been reading up on SARMs and talking with a few folks.

    One question I have that hasn't really been resolved is: What happens when a female starts taking either MK-677 or Ostarine?

    Females can take either or both at the same time. I would recommend a dose only about 40% of a typical dose for a male. Females also will not need a PCT.

    Lean out/cut, add muscle, great lift gains, and no chance if virilization.

    It's steroids and straight testosterone that cause issues.

    AIs are good, because they stop the conversion to estrogen, but don't pump testosterone high.

    Women also need to avoid anything that is suppose to increase testosterone via Lutenizing Hormone. It actually makes more estrogen in women instead.

    It's difficult to find good information on women bodybuilding supplements.

    Everything is very geared towards men.

    But also a lot of women are afraid of big muscles. So they pump 5 pound dumbbells forever, achieving nothing (imo).

    Will ostarine show up as a steroid during a drug test? Just wonderin, I play collegiate level sports and we he tested from time to time.

    I don't think so unless you're competing in the world cup, olympics or some other WADA tested sport. It's not illegal anyways, so?

    Is 30mg ostarine per day too much? What is the sweet spot people find?
    Had some sensitivity/itchy nips today so is it advisable to drop the dose?

    You have to get some SERM or AI in hand man in case of gyno signs. And don't dose it so high, 20mg is fine.

    I've got some arimidex so have just used very low dose of that, I will lower from 30mg to 20mg per day of ostarine. From research and forums I've gathered that 20 to 25mg per day is the most common dosage with good results and low sides.

    What is the best way to take Ostarine?
    Morning or night? Before or after workout? Is there any difference?

    10mg in the morning and 10mg in afternoon. You should see some gains..

    Either way sooner is better to keep from getting into the catabolic muscle wasting state.. and stay anabolic for muscle growth from working out..

    Thats probably the biggest benefit I can see.. while avoiding the catabolic muscle wasting state you get better muscle pumps which personally I think helps build muscle a LOT..

    It definitely does. I take a cialis before the gym everyday... Sounds weird but the pumps are insane. It's not like viagra where you walk around with an erection, it's pharm grade, so you only get an erection if provoked.
