Hi. How would you compare LGD, Ostarine and yk11? Which one is better?

Lgd for most people is all out bulk, extra muscle fullness.

Ostarine is a very lean, recomposition drug.

Yk11 is lean, dry, and not extremely anabolic on its own, but it enables a ton of growth and strength increases.

My friend really liked YK11 but after 3 weeks he took a blood test and while everything else was fine, his liver enzymes were very elevated. So he had to stop. He's not using it again.

You could always take some kind of cycle support whilst running it... I usually do as a precaution anyway.

His main concern was that the bottle said that could stay on for 12 weeks! That's crazy. I think liver would have definitely gotten damaged.
