I used SARMs as a bridge during my last pct. I actually made gains while off cycle. I love them.

Can I ask you which sarms did you used during pct? By your experience gw and osta could be a good choice in addition to serms? Thanks.

My friend has gained 20 lbs (180-200) on ostarine and mk677 for 3 months and his lifts have gone up significantly.

All depends if you're getting enough calories, quality sleep, and lifting in. You can't hope to just do a regular regime and somehow make solid gains.

Lgd worked miracles for my lingering patellar tendonitus that even ostarine which has recuperative properties couldn't rid of completely. 3 days into LGD and it disappeared that alone is worth the price of the bottle couldn't believe or expected it but was non the less very happy with this.

They are probably not as strong as a good PH and not as strong as AAS, but the results are quality over time... And certainly much better than natty or supps

When I look back, at all the money I have wasted over the years on hyped and marketed rubbish from supps companies I could cry. I tried everything and wasted a lot. Now there is something good, its not a miracle, but it actually works and costs comparably less. And it realy cant be marketed, I think next year the sarms market will explode because it wont be driven by marketing BS, but by published blogs and logs.

In my opinion you should run AAS with it or at least a test base and you should be pretty solid man.

SARMs weren't created to be better than AAS, they were created to be more selective and better alternate medication to alleviate symptoms and problems caused by illnesses which current AAS is used for but without all the shitty side effects.

The effects on lipids compared to AAS is phenominal, so is nutrient partitioning, effect on blood pressure, and a lot more.

That's a great question. I also wonder how keepable the gains are. True these things won't make you an overnight giant.

If the SARMs work so well and produce keepable gains, why aren't we seeing folks 30lbs heavier after 4-5 cycles? Or am I missing them?

It's not like you deflate! Size is lost because:
    a) diet goes to shit or
    b) people get lazy and stop training.
Or they cut... and of course without fat laying over the muscle, you seem to lose size but gain definition.

SARMs will have their place in the supplement world until they get banned as well. Same as pro hormones, good thing though is AAS will always be tried and true and be around.

There will never be any replacement for testosterone/tren/deca in the wotld. Also for those who question the strength of AAS compared to SARMs, run a test/decca/dbol cycle and you will see what I mean. Now getting the two to work together like we did with ph's is where the game changer will be.
