I'm about 160 pounds, about six feet tall, 20 years old, and I'm looking for something to help my gains for my tone and definition in workouts. I am really losing my edge. I'm fairly weak for a man my age in my opinion. Anyone recommend something for helping me out with this issue, I've tried a lot of diets and I haven't exactly gone anywhere far with them.
