    sarm cutting cycle

I'm barely 6 days in to my first run with GW. Currently cutting now and in a calorie deficit and I'm straight up shocked at the endurance I have. I'm logging my cutting phase using it that I'll post up soon. My main question is about carb intake. Right now I'm eating a 50/30/20 macro split that I track religiously. It ends up being about 180 carbs daily. I feel like I actually gained size in my arms and legs even with eating less and increased cardio. Should I drop carbs lower since my endurance and energy levels are awesome right now?

I'd be inclined to say no need to reduce carbs, reason being if your doing more cardio at higher intensity than normal you'll be burning through more calories day to day.

No point dropping them if your weight is dropping. Wait for the weight to stall then drop them.

I guess I should wait for my weigh in tomorrow to make any decisions.

So far so good. It has been as advertised. I was pretty skeptical but it's legit. In the past on a deficit like I'm on now I have little to no energy. The past week on GW I feel like I can go forever.

Lower the carbs a little more and leave everything else the same. perhaps 100-120. The sarms will help you retain lean mass so you can drop the calories a bit more than usual if you want to.
