For now the only reasonable method is to inject. Of course this kind of injection is far from what people think of when they normally think of injections. But nevertheless if you're not willing to expand your tolerance then this is probably not for you.
Injection seems to be the most common but you need to research more information on taking it orally. This is an option as long as you have the correct dosage.
As other have already said, injection is by far the most common way and if you do have a fear of needles, as far as I'm aware there isn't really an alternative.
The question is does the reason you want to take them, outweigh your fear of needles, if it does then maybe get somebody else to inject you if you can't do it yourself?
Injecting isn't too bad. At first, maybe, and then you'll get the hang of it. It's not really that painful and can be done in just a matter of seconds.
Due to their poor oral bioavailability, the only option for peptide administration is through injection. If you really fear needles then you are still not ready to start using peptides.
Peptides administered through injection are react faster than the ones administered orally. If you have decided to go into peptide usage then start getting used to needles.
