injecting peps into strained muscles to help a faster recovery

    Hey all ..
Next weekend I have a huge Crossfit competition coming up in 8 days. I've pulled or really stained my calf almost 2 weeks ago.
Now common sense tells you just to stay off it and rest it .. But I've tried that for a few days and it's not recovering fast enough! I really need to keep my conditioning up for the event..

Would this help by injecting Peptides into sore or strained calve help a faster recovery?

    I have a collection of
    IGF-LR3 ,
    HGH Hygetropin,
    Mod GRF 1-29
    and IPAM

    Thanks

If you mean recover from an injury, then I'd say there is a chance that local injections can aid in recovery.

Check out "micro-dosing" into strained muscle.

Peps can help, but a competition is coming, so I guess it would also help to see an orthopedic?

On top of your peptide experimentation I would offer some advice of light stretching, and also some hot/cold treatments might help loosen up those tight muscles.

I can't advice you with the peps, as I don't really know if it would work, but it greatly helps in relieving the strained calf muscle by applying cold therapy and compression.

The micro dosing idea as well as the process of taking care of the leg with hot and cold therapy is one of the things that you should perhaps look to do. It is one of the options that you might look to do. It is one of the things that peptides might be able to help you with if you are very careful. I hope it works for you though.

Yeah, that's what I usually do, I apply cold compress every time I sprain my muscle. Peptides should work, since they help in speeding up recovery, although I haven't tried them yet.

I have heard from most people that IGF-LR3 peptide works miracles to injuries. If you are up for a competition then i would advice you to try it out. I can't say much about the other peptides but you can still research on them. Good luck.

They say IGF-LR3 can cause organ growth. Did anyone experience this?
