    feet and achilles tendons pain

    Hi all.

After a few months use of mod GRF and Ipa, plus two 3-4 week periods of DAA, at 3g per day, my achilles tendons and feet hurt badly when I start to walk after resting for longer than say half an hour.

It is the worst when getting out of bed in the morning, when I can hardly walk for the first 20 steps or so, after which all is mostly fine again.

I have stopped the peptide use (and DAA) during travel abroad for about 10 days, but the symptoms have not really gotten better.

Any thoughts what it could be and what I should do?

Have you been on your feet a long amount of time lately? New shoes or really old shoes? Running more?

What you are describing sounds like achilles tendonitis and to some degree perhaps plantar fasciitis.

I am reluctant to think that peptides would cause this. Take some time off of heavy duty running/walking activity and see what happens for a week.

Thank you for your quick reaction.

Neither been on my feet more, nor new or old shoes, nor any running.

That's what I was wondering as well - about any possible antibiotics.. Thinking maybe he's been "floxxed"?

It may not be related to peptides at all. It could be related to your shoes or some activities you are doing. Plantar Fascitis is commeon with those who are involved in running and can be an issue that individuals suffer from when they have been on their feet a lot, especially if they have been using the wrong shoes. It sounds suspiciously like something like that.

It's possible that it was a stretched tendon or muscle, or something like that. Not really good in the medical field, but I think you did exercise without the proper warm ups.

That's the common cause. I've also had hurt my knee before since I immediately started running long distances, and I didn't really do proper warming up.

Yep, warming up is a pretty important thing. Don't be lazy, guys. It may cost a lot.

Many overlook the importance of warming up. If you are still starting and you are new to training, you should know the proper warm ups to avoid injury. Particularly with running, many suffer foot/ ankle injuries because they did not do the proper warm up. Other reasons can be they are not wearing the right shoes or they are not doing the exercise properly.
