Because they are all HGH 191aa why some companies say they can be stored at room temperature before being mixed, while others say it should be stored at 2-8C?

You can store HGH at room temperature prior to reconstitution, however, storing it in the refrigerator at the temperature you mention will extend product life/potency. I don’t have any studies proving this for HGH but, in general, I like to keep most pharmaceuticals refrigerated to keep them more potent beyond their expiration dates.
Once reconstituted you will want to keep refrigerated all the time. Make sure to never freeze un-reconstituted HGH like we do peptides. It is much more fragile.
I've found out that it tends to get bad if it's kept at a normal temperature, fact that makes it extremely hard to transport it or even to get it in a good condition. It's way too expensive to risk with it, honestly.
