    igf-1

Which igf-1 do you all like best? I've been dealing with severe atrophy in my right arm mainly biceps. I have some brachial plexus damage that's slowly healing and I wanna introduce it locally for restoration.

The DES version (short-acting) worked wonders for my pectorals. 75mcg each pec 15 minutes before benching.

Yes choose IGF-1 DES version because it's more active at the site of injection with a high activity rate and short half-life, but IGF-1 LR3 works systematically, it does not produce local results.

I also used the DES version but I realized it is quite effective especially on short term basis.

I checked on the internet and it says IGF-1 24 hours to 1 hour pre workout and PEG MGF directly post work out. Is this right?
