I've read that you don't want to talk it pwo with your insulin as you should not consume carbs an hour before and/or after injection, and you need to consume carbs after taking insulin. From what I understand, taking your hgh pre-workout is the best option if doing 3IU's or less. If doing more than 3IU's do 1/2 when you wake up and 1/2 pre-workout.

No you don't have to, but for you to get the maximum results from the HGH it is needed. Unless you plan to compete I'll definitely advise against it.

No, and people that do need to be knocked upside the head. There is absolutely no real hard data showing it helps or that the benefits even come close to outweighing the risks. Don't use insulin for bodybuilding period.

Insulin should only be taken by someone who knows what they are doing. It is a really dangerous substance if you're not diabetic. The old Soviet weightlifters who first started using it in the 50s were given it under doctor's supervision, so I'd just be careful with it.

But yes, many people do stack slin with peptides.

I did notice many use insulin for bodybuilding. I think, if you just know what you are doing, then, it can actually give you better results.

Yes, you can use insulin while using HGH. However, it is not mandatory. I have been using HGH (without insulin) for 15 years and the end result is definitely awesome!
