I think it is very important to use a new needle every time. This is necessary if you want to remain healthy and not become infected.

I just use 1 a day for 3 injections.

This is what I do as well. I only use 1 needle for 1 day, but I only inject twice a day. Therefore, I only use my needles twice before I throw them out. I do not recommend re-using the needles multiple times as it gets dull after a few times of re-using it.
