Drop the dose to 10mg or 12.5 mg do cardio and clean up diet.

I work 12 or more hours a day. Only time I get to eat is when I'm driving, which I do a lot of. So I'm eating cold food out of lunch box. Also I'm driving a vending machine truck, which is a whole different struggle in its self.

No, it can't. The hypo you are feeling is the ghrelin in your stomach. MK-677 is a ghrelin Secretagogue which means it releases a substance in the stomach that creates hunger while increasing HGH release via the pituitary gland. What you are feeling goes away after a couple weeks of daily use.
