    If you are still in pain I would recommend holding off on the medication. Your leg muscles may have not fully recovered yet. Give it some more time, or ask a doctor. Also trust the medication.

    Asking a medical professional is the best advice if something like this happens, especially if the pain did not go away after giving it a rest.

    You can start trainings again but in a very very careful way, gradually increasing the pressure on your recovered muscles.

    Still, it's better to have it checked by a doctor. If the pain is persistent, there must be something more serious that happened to your leg muscles.
