Wow. Zero carbs? That is difficult to achieve. I am trying to trim down my carbs right now, but I still can't trim it to 800 a day. Anyway, I do not plan to make it completely zero. I just want to maintain it at 800. Currently, I can achieve 1,000 in a day though.
Weight loss is not at all easy, lots of efforts are needed. During weight-loss, one have to manage diet also. The very simple and natural way I came to know from my friend is Nuez De La India. It is in the nut form which really helps to lose weight. Read this for more details about it.

Why not try HGH and AOD-9604? It will help you.
Mack, you show courage and discipline. I am betting on you. I am sorry almost no one payed attention to your question and just assumed you knew nothing about losing body fat. Does it occur to anyone that you might drop to 5% and compete every year. You just do better like Lee Priest (who used to push 25%+ in the offseason) and really wanted the answer to the question you asked. But everybody has to get on their high horse and say the 'right' thing.....It's not about drugs, it's hard work and clean eat in'.....day in, day out. How many of you guys are at eight % right now? Or year round? And what % do you like to be onstage? What, you were going to compete once, but....blah, blah hard work, clean diet. I am betting on you Mack.
Mack, 8% is a formidable goal. It is much easier to maintain that low body fat after putting in all that work to get there.
After my first few shows I decided to keep about 6%, measured every which way possible, and I never struggle with cravings or hunger. I probably have some years on you but your set point really can change.
