I think it depends on your age because for me, it is more effective when taken before bed. I am old, I'm telling you, but this helps me a lot with my weight lifting. Your idea of splitting up the doses might do the trick, too. The best of luck!

Hi, Jass! I am 35 and I take one in the morning when I wake up and then at night before I sleep. 4iu in the morning then 4iu in the evening. I used to feel tired in the first 3 weeks but I think my body got used to it. Good luck to you!
I took 2iu's today.
Feeling great. Don't have many side effects, just a little drowsy. But I assume that's normal. Have some trouble with my eating plan. It's simply tough to find good, healthy food. As I need to eat all day. Think I'm going to start cooking my meals at home

Btw has somebody in their 30s grown any taller while on HGH? I am 6'3 right now but would definitely feel ideal at 6'4"

thanks buddy, I have been busy for a few days. Yesterday I increased dosage to 4iu. The best feeling! Workouts are much better since I started HGH. Pumps stay much longer And I'm still losing bodyfat%. What else I have noticed is that HGH mentally pushes you when training. So you get much better workout.
Today after injecting 4IU I also noticed slightly bigger lump under my skin. I weighed myself and was disappointed because it read that I had gained 6 lbs. I guess it's water retention. I was pushing really hard in my workout and weighed myself again after it.. Dropped 2lbs
