Several studies involving CJC-1295 DAC have shown promising results regarding the increase of hGH (human Growth Hormone) in both men and women. The results were so good in fact that CJC-1295 DAC is pretty much the equivalent to Modified GRF 1-29. Here are some of the findings of the studies involving CJC-1295 DAC, so that you can judge for yourself.
To avoid confusion going forward with this article, i want to make something clear:
All GHRH’s do the same thing (release and amplify pulse of growth hormone) only difference is in their half lifes.
CJC-1293 half life is only around 5 minutes, not widely used so won’t be covered in this article.
MOD GRF 1-29 (also called CJC-1295 without DAC or simply CJC-1295) half life is around 30 minutes, it’s used to provide rapid spikes of GH at the right times.
MOD GRF 1-29 = CJC-1295 without DAC
CJC-1295 DAC half life is around 7 days providing continuous GH release.
The CJC-1295 DAC study, during which women took this peptide for 90 days is called
‘GHRH 1-44’, if you want to do some reading. But the basics are as follow. The results indicated several key benefits, including an increase in hGH and IGF-1 levels. The finding also showed a reduction in stomach fat or fat mass and an increase in athletic physical performance like running and weights lifting. It sure sounds like a good one to increase your fitness levels quickly if you’ve been slacking off for a while.
Meanwhile, another CJC-1295 DAC study conducted in 2004, involved men and also produced similar results to Modified GRF 1-29. There was a 200% increase in the IGF-1 and hGH levels, So not only does it increase the hGH level, it also increases the substrate required for the anabolic reactions to occur. Which basically means that more hGH can be utilized, which means muscle hypertrophy occurs faster, all that happened while abdominal fat was reduced. The results also indicated an improvement in physical performance for those doing cardio or lifting weights.
And Another Study
Based on a 2006 CJC-1295 DAC study, the peptide showed its potential as a long-term simulator of both the IGF-1 and hGH levels. The study indicated an increase in hGH anywhere from 200% up to 1000%, and this after a single daily injection for six days. Remember CJC-1295 DAC half life is extremely long consequently the hGH level remained higher than normal for up to a month in healthy test subjects aged between 21 and 61.
Knowing that this peptide has a long half-life, which eliminates the threat of food interactions that might reduce its efficacy, making it a convenient altenative to MOD GRF 1-29. People that have used CJC-1295 DAC claimed the peptide’s effectiveness in achieving their desired goals, but experts do not recommend using this peptide for more than 6 months without taking some time off to avoid damaging the pituitary gland.
GHRH peptides are said to be effective without any effort, but the ultimate results will only be obtained with proper diet and exercise. Another bonus is that these peptides have been used in the scientific field for quite many years now and are relatively safe.
Known Side Effects
While GHRH peptides generally offer positive results for their respective recommended dosages (100mcg per injection for Modified GRF 1-29, 2mg CJC-1295 DAC/week), there are side effects to look out for.
One of the most common side effects is a ‘head rush’ and throbbing temples about 10 minutes after injecting. This feeling usually lasts for about 20 minutes, although there is no need to worry as the condition is only caused by the GABA release in the brain. Which means it’s an indicator that the peptide is stimulating GH release, so it’s a good thing.
A red lump can also be noticed at the injection site in some people, but is more common with the Modified GRF 1-29 than the CJC-1295 DAC. This effect is mainly due to the skin’s histamine reaction, but you can combated it by using anti-histamine (I’m not sure if a topical cream might work, but it’s worth a try!) several hours before injecting.
Some users also notice increased tiredness and water retention, more so with the use of CJC-1295 DAC. Apparently, both these side effects sort themselves out after a couple of weeks, once the body has been given time to adapt. If these side effects get too much and you were using CJC-1295 DAC try taking Modified GRF 1-29 instead. Although it might help just injecting the peptide before going to bed only. Keep in mind that morning injections tend to be the culprit for tiredness during the day, so if you inject before bed you shouldn’t have too much of a problem with this one.
