I am a red head with fair skin (Type 1, maybe a little Type 2). I am sensitive to the sun and burn pretty easily. I do not have freckling on my face, but I have a bit on my forearms. I do not want to get too dark, but I would like to see if I can get a nice tan by using MT2.
I have some questions]
1.) Is 100mcg a good starting dosage until I get comfortable and then eventually move to 250mcg?
2.) Is it OK to use Benzoyl Peroxide (10%) to wash my face?
3.) Is it OK to use Tertinoin topical cream (0.025%) (aka Retin A) on my face?
4.) I am assuming I still need to wear sunscreen, correct?
5.) If so, is there a certain SPF or sunscreen that you all recommend?
6.) How long should I expose myself in the sun for to get the desired result? (10 minutes on each side, every day? I feel like I am cooking here ;D)
7.) I have read about some people saying their head hair, facial hair, and even eye color changed from using MT2... But then I am reading here that it is mostly just facial hair. I am somewhat OK with my facial hair color changing since it is a little dark to begin with, but I am not really cool with my hair color or eye color changing. Especially if it is permanent. Are these coloring changes permanent?

I'm not the same skintype so I can't comment on how long to stay in the sun but to answer a few..
2. Should be fine but why?
3.-I honestly wouldn't.. Retina in general is to be avoided in places that spend time in the sun as it could accelerate skin cancers and given the way mt changes your skin chemistry who even knows.. I usually use retina in the winter when I'm off cycle.
4. Yes you should utilize sunscreen in a way so you won't "overburn". This is especially important when building your base tan as it is your own melanin that is protecting you from sunburn and NOT how much melanotan you have "loaded" in your system.
7. My facial hair definitely goes black but I already have kinda dark hair. I can say my eyes are a light color and they've NEVER got darker on melanotan. If anything people usually comment on how light they are because they are such a great contrast to your newly aquired dark skin.* 8)
