While we're on the subject of producing/structure of melanotan II I thought I'd bring this up. Awhile ago I met a guy who claimed he just made his own MTII since he worried about reliable sources. Granted he was a chemist but still I struggle to believe you could produce the stuff without a proffesional grade lab. However, I have heard that the structure of Melanotan is fairly simple and it's easy to synthesis. Anyone think his claims have any merit to them?

From what I remember the basic manual small batch peptide synthesis machines cost several thousand, up to 6 figures or more for large scale automated production.
It's possible he could have if he had a lot of money, or if he was a chemist he may have had access to such a machine, but even then it wouldn't be cheap of very feasible to make personal sized batches.

Today i did my 4th shot ~350mcg and injected 10-11mm deep - no blood, so everything is okay i think.
But like the last shots i dont feel anything .. no sides like flushing or nausea

Dont get this wrong - i dont want any sides.. but i want to know if my mt2 is working.. and i am worried if i got an ineffective peptide or something like this
Should i try a 5th shot at 350mcg again? That means 700mcg today
I just want this peptide showing me its working* ]

From tomorrow you can take 500mcg every day and stay there.
Have patience.
When you see the first brown spots, freckles or moles - it is proof that the drug works.
I am curious that I haven't got any new freckles yet. Couldn't you expect after four days the appearance of new ones or at least the darkening of the existing ones?

not so much at lower levels and no UV, wait till two weeks or so for it to start working .
Many people go in at an angle (inc myself), and stay just under the skin.
I bump there is normal for a little while (depends on volume injected of course).
When I first started I was doing it way too deep. Shallow is best.
As the guys say above, it belongs in fat not muscle.
I still feel nothing after injection.. maybe just a VERY slight nausea but i dont know if that is my imagination.
Today i have reconstituted my Second vial (first one isnt empty yet) just to see if there is a difference.
The peptide was dissolved by a few drops of bac-water but after that there was a white pool/puddle (dont know how to describe) in the water. Like there was something in it thats just dissolving after swinging the vial. After swinging i got a clear liquid. Was that the mt2 itself or maybe anything else like a filler? Or is that normal?
Could have reacted oddly and formed a slight protective barrier (think custard powder or hot chocolate for example - if not properly whisked it leaves lumps, inside these lumps is dry powder but the outside itself is wet).
Did you aim at the powder or the side of the vial?
I got some new freckles and some others went darker
Today im on 4,7mg and did 2 sumbeds since i have started (today was the 2nd one)
On my Face there is a very very light tan but on my body nothing exept new freckles.. Will see how it goes but at the moment i am not really satisfied.

The second time I ran MT2 I used about 2.5mg, but I already had some tan from the previous run and I was in Spain soaking up the sun all day.
Depending on the level you start it can take more.
Another thing to remember is when you look in the mirror you won't notice much of a difference, it'll be when somebody else comments on it that it'll hit you!

I never tanned! Someone called me body (dead body) Last year ]I guess it will take lottle longer to get a good tan.. I will see and will keep you updated

May see what people call 'dirty brown' as it kicks in. Don't be alarmed, it will brown
up with uv and look natural in short order.
