Reconstitution

I know this question has been asked before but I have seen so many different responses that I'm quite confused on how much to use when reconstitution my 10mg of MT2! I will be keeping my doses low .5mg at most.
First time user and quite excited!

Any starting out advice also appreciated ]

It's up to you. If 500mcg (0.5mg) is your highest dose, do 2ml (200 units) for easier measurements.
