I have very little fat under the skin, about 1-3 mm. So I often hits the bloodstream or fascia when I inject. I have several dark spots and found that the addition of either a rapid uptake of MT-2 or because I no sun out.
Do you get even more spots if you do not take the sun along with MT-2?
If you're struggling with fat, inject at an angle, there are videos online showing how to do it.
As to the dark spots, I doubt it's from the lack of sun, unless you are using more MT2 to try to make up for it. This could cause more spots.
Generally no UV exposure and lots of MT2 just causes you to turn an ill grey colour. This is why it's recommended to go for short bed sessions in low exposure areas.

Many thanks for your always experienced guide.
I inject always with short needles, in a raised skin fold and 30-degree angle.
summer in my country ended in August, and since then I have not got natural sun. I went over to maintenance mode with 300mcg E3D but my skin color was significantly lighter and the color of my beard disappeared completely. So the past 3 weeks I have taken 400 mcg ED, without sun, and now has many black spots. I got no black spots when I was on the beach for 10 weeks and took 500 mcg ED. Do I need to take some sunbed? (Skintype 1-2).
I'm afraid sunbeds because I have white spots on the skin. These are a kind of precancer and is called "actinic keratosis" and can develop into skin cancer. Do you have any experience or knowledge in this?
In a usual case I would recommend beds, even 3-6 minutes (our beds here work on 3 min intervals, not sure if it's the same everywhere!?).
I am unfamiliar with your condition and thus not educated or knowledged enough to comment on this. I'd recommend using your own knowledge and take caution.
I would put the dark spots down to your increased usage and reduced exposure, though.
unless you have had a doctor tell you that your white spots are actinic keratosis (spots from it* mostly have a crusty apperance) there are several other causes for white spots* vitiligo, tinea versicolor, nevus deoigmentosus and deficiencies in vitamin D or E to name a few* , so unless you haver had a doctor tell you that you have* A V* don't worry about it ,
@ Tom
Thanks.
I will be able to activate the melanocytes in a sunbed if I use sunscreen before?
@jim c
I do not think I lack vitamins or nutrients because I live extremely healthy.
I have several types of white spots, but "actinic keratosis" is unfortunately a reality. MT2 has clarified where on the body they are, so here is yet another advantage of MT2.
You sound to know much about the disease, so what do you suggest?

Yes, if you use SPF15/30 you'll still notice tanning, less so with SPF50+ but it still will slightly.
Also, have they actually been confirmed by a healthcare professional they are actinic keratosis? As Jim said, there are other conditions with similar white spots.
if you indead have AK the treatment i recomend from past use is Photodynamic Therapt(PDT) if its on the face or scalp. other than that i haved used Absoerbine (not Jr.)on hands and other tough skin spots, as i side point i have used Absorbine to get jungle rot under control (not for the fauint hearted).
