Can someone confirm if the dosage I should be taking I have my mt2 and i hvae only 4-5 days to take them last minute holiday. I want to make the most of this, possible to take 2 a day??
Says starting dose is .25mg then gradually up to .3-.5mg for type 1.
Wonder could I up it to .5 in first for then.7 thereafter?? or around that>>
I don't think you have enough time to make a difference but, I would start with .25mg, if it goes well you can take another dose 12 hours later and up to .5mg.* From searching around on the web it seems the half life of MT2 is less than an hour.
I have loaded at 1mg a day for 14 days before a holiday but it wasn't my first time on it and I wasn't fully protected and I'm a type 2.
Agree with OSU, this may be a spray tan scenario, there is not enough time for mt-2 results...particularly if not taking the product along on holiday. Good luck, hope you have a great time!
