Does anyone know if you should have a break from MT2 I'm currently injecting 0.6mg per day. And have been doing that about everysingle day for 2-3 month now. Think iv done 60mg total something like that. Anyway will there be any benifits to have a few weeks off from this? Or any known health risks of prolonged use of mt2?
I've had my blood checked after more than 6 months of daily usage and before that I had been on and off for more than 5 years ( more on than off) and everything was fine. As long as you feel fine, you're probably fine.
It's been done by a high number of people before ( there are users experiences for over 10 years) and most haven't faced any problems.
I think some people can be allergic to it. But people can be allergic to all sorts of FDA approved drugs as well.
Yeah I agree, listening to your body is ultimately the wise decision. As well as getting blood work and health checks done relatively regularly

I think you should break from the peptide every now and again for cosmetic reasons. There is benefit from the perspective of taking it slow (vs. looking unnatural and/or too dark). No known health risks to prolonged usage....
There is no harm in taking a break from it. If it is not currently summer where you live then I don't see the point in taking it. I usually cycle off it for about 3-5 months a year and then build back up with daily injections approaching summer. Then switch to 2-3 injections a week for maintenance when I am happy with my skin.
If you don't wanna take a break for other reasons ( sexual benefits, hair darkening,...) it might be a good idea to use sunscreen. I love it when my legs and body get dark, but my face shouldn't get too dark. Any good sunscreens you could recommend? I also wonder if SPF 30 or 50 would be best. I still want to have a tanned face but it shouldn't look freaky.
