    Re: Topical methods

I'm definately up for testing this, but would need someone else to fund it.

I'd be up to fund some of it.

It's cool that we got a split of people willing to fund/test.

    Re: Topical methods

    Hi all,

Thanks for those who are agreeing to be a part of this project. My great hope is that this new peptide will work as good as MT-II, although perhaps needing a higher dose, but without the side effects, as it only attaches to the receptors in the skin, rather than stomach etc.

I think the way forward is to ask people if they are okay sending me the funds to a paypal account. I'll give those who contribute financially my personal phone number and email so they know I'm not trying to con anyone. If it works on me I'll share the remaining peptide to others as per their contribution, and we can always club together for further orders. We need US $725 including the cost of shipping to go ahead with the experiments. This will give us 200mg of the product, which should be enough for a topical and later, if necessary, systemic (injection) trial.

I already have topical carriers (DMSO, Propylene Glycol and penetration enhancers), along with needles and bac water if I need to go to the injection stage.

I'm willing to put in half at $325 of my own for the order, and I'm hoping others will help for the rest.

As soon as I get $400 in contribution from others, I'll go ahead with the order.

So for those who want to be a part of this, either by financial contribution or willing to experiment (I only need 1-2 others for this part, or we won't have enough peptide - preferably UK based folks). Please PM me.

    This is very exciting

    Hi all,

Thanks to those who have contributed, I'm placing the order for the new peptide analogue this weekend. It will probably be a month or so until delivery. I'll keep you all up to date on the progress.

Hey, an old member here from the classic forum .org

I remember Darkhorse and like the name I always knew that one day he would rise with the goods....

It was obvious back then, but now the year 2015, the dark horse will rise lol Looking forward pal.

If a topical becomes cheaply available it will increase Melanotan usage 50 fold.

    Re: Topical methods

    Hi all,

The peptide 'LK-511' has now been delivered - 20 vials of 10mg each at high purity according to the spec sheet.

I've mixed up a small amount (0.25 ml) of the formula used in the patent for LK-511.

I used 0.25ml of solvent (65% water, 25% Propylene Glycol) and added 10mg of the peptide and 0.5mg of citric acid to change pH as noted in the patent.

My 'phase 1' trial is going ahead, from today as follows]
Putting a tiny spot of the solution (I estimate less than 0.01ml per application - which seems to saturate an area of about a square inch) on my left hand between 3-6 times per day and see what happens over a couple of weeks. I thought to use one hand as I will get at least some sun exposure to the area as I go and I can compare skin tone laterally with the right hand in case the topical effect occurs on a wider area than the application patch.

Let's hope it works, if there is darker tone in the experimental patch, I'll go to phase two, which will be to estimate the dose required per area (i.e. can a 10mg vial make the face tanned etc.).

Phase three will be injections to see how the peptide works systemically. Anyone else brave enough to try a vial let me know?

I'll keep you all up to date, probably reporting back in a week or two, so fingers crossed.

Thanks again to those who contributed financially to this experiment.

    DH

    Hi Darkhorse,

That is exciting news. Congrads on getting this far. I am happy to give it a go if you need someone else to trial it.
