Good evening all, and as this is my first post hi!!
I'm after a bit of advice and help. I have been getting conflicting information everywhere else I look ref SARMS and am hoping that some of it can be cleared up here by people with first hand knowledge....
I am 28, 6'0", 12 stone and gym religiously yet I struggle to put on any more weight or size. I have decent definition but my main goal is to gain lean muscle mass and a little strength. Ideally I would like to be 14/15 stone. For one reason or another I have decided that SARMS is the way forward to help me reach my gym goals (roids are a big no no for me).
I want something that won't effect fertility, has no risks to my heart, liver etc and isn't a suppressant. Something that is relatively risk/side effect free would also be ideal (I know I know we can't have it all).
As a result of my research I have been looking at MK-677. I initially was going to run it for 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off and then repeat. I have heard from some sources that cycling like this is ideal, and from others that it needs to be run for in excess of 6 months. Who is right?
I have also heard that running a PCT is a necessity if MK-677 is run for any period of time, and I've also heard it isn't needed. Which is correct?
I have since been told that Hydroxybol would be best for me although there seems to be very limited info regarding this and I think it effects your heart and liver. So possibly not ideal. Is there a different SARM that I should be looking at using on it's own?
Anything I should be aware of with these sort of SARMS (ie side effects)?
Is there any benefit of running a natural test booster such as Testofuel with SARMS?
Any pointing in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
