amino acids in growth hormone

I got some growth hormone and it says 83 amino acid on the box. But the last one I used was 191 amino acid. What are the difference between those?

No dude, 83 amino acid sequence is IGF-1, that's what you got instead of HGH.. Or it might be completely fake as well..
