Hey, I am injecting Mod GRF1-29 three times a day. And I take my third dose right before going to sleep. That means, I pin peptides, and head to sleep right away.
After a morning and noon dose I wait 20 minutes and then have a meal. Is it fine that I go to sleep without eating after my evening dose?
It's not necessary to eat something after injection, simply inject it and go to sleep dude.
Yep mate, it is perfectly fine. If you want you can drink a protein shake or eat some food high in protein but zero in carbs/fats. Because you are not allowed to eat for 20-30 minutes only fats and carbohydrates as they will blunt growth hormone release.

About question in the thread - yeah it's fine, it's not necessary to always eat after injecting peptides. If your goal is fat loss then it's even better to not eat few hours after injection.
