Yesterday I started to feel sleepy and really exhausted during the day. Today I feel the same. Is this normal? it's hgh side effect?

As far as I know it is possible side effect but it usually subsides after some time. Do you feel pain in your wrists as well?

At what time of the day you take those 4iu's? If in the morning then try to take it before going to sleep, you will have best sleep you ever had, and you should also feel fine the next day.
Yeah I am taking all of it in the morning. I have been reading about this and looks like it's quite usual side effect.. But what causes it? I am thinking that I could split my doses 1iu after waking up and 3iu's before going to sleep? Or would it be better to take whole 4iu's before bed?
I felt similar side effect when I was injecting in the morning. Now I switched to bedtime doses and actually feel energized the next day. But it's really hard to wake up in the morning, my sleep is so deep that I can't even hear the alarm. Good that my wifes work starts at the same time so she wakes me up.
