    first peptide cycle

    Hey, I came to this forum because I am thinking of starting this peptide cycle soon.

    CJC1295 w/o DAC/GHRP-6 3 times a day at 100/100 and CJC1295 w/o DAC/Ipamorelin at 100/200 before going to sleep.

    I train right after waking up.

    Should I inject it before training? or should I simply inject it after training?
    or before and after?

    You need to wait atleast 3 hours between injections or you would waste some of it.

    My workouts are about 2 hours long, so I could probably take peptides 30 min pre-workout and 30 minutes after, how does it sound?

    Also peptides must be injected when your stomach is empty and you must wait about half an hour before eating to get the maximum effects.

    I don't worry about that, I can train fasted without any problems and simply eat more food later in the day.

    The most important thing I wanna know is if when would it be more useful to inject those peptides? before workout or after? Or it doesn't matter?

    If I take peptides before my workout, will they impact it anyhow?

    Injecting them before your workout in fasted state would help to lose body fat quicker. Increased Growth hormone will lead to much more body fat burned while you train. But if your goal is not cutting then you should inject them PWO. Don't forget that after peptides you can't drink sugary drinks like gatorade etc.

    Well, cutting is not my primary goal, but more like lean body mass gains.

    Would it be fine to inject peptides half an hour before my pre workout shake? Is there any advantages/downsides in doing this?

    Alright so I am thinking 1st injection right after waking up. After 10 minutes drink Whey protein isolate
    half and hour later drink Creatine/BCAA shake
    While training drink another Creatine/BCAA shake
    Then Inject peptides 10 minutes before workout ends (3 hours after first injection)
    half and hour later drink Whey protein isolate/creatine/carbohydrate shake
    1 hour later eat real meal

    Your plan looks good. But it will take about a month to see improvements.
