    Igf-1 timing

    Hi

    I plan to star taking IGF-1 LR3

I am working from 10am to 18pm training at 4pm approx When do you recommend me is best time to take IGF?

I can do before or after work and then i could take it with me to work, but this is least likely option.

I guess that the morning, before work is the best option. Is there a particularly right or wrong time to take IGF-1 lr3?

it would make sense to shoot right after workout when you are most sensitive to IGF-1 and especially in the muscles trained that day.

I can't take my igf to work either so i just jab in the morning.

But taking it right after gym in the muscles trained would be best idea.

My theory behind this is that localised growth is not a myth so you don't want your IGF-1 floating in bloodstream attaching to organs, you only want igf to attach to your muscle receptors and after workout your muscles are most receptive.
How much mcg are you going to be using?

personally i shoot it before workout and have had decent results doing so, as per what gstpierre11 said, i totally agree exactly that's why i shoot pre-workout so during my workout igf-1 with blood is escorted directly to the muscles where it hopefully stays.

You need IGF-1 DES for localised effect post workout. LR3 is active for around 30 hours so it's floating around your system all day long, pin it whenever you can it does not make much difference.
