serious question I am really interested in Long Igf-1 lr3, I have been searching all over the internet for as much info as possible.
I was able to find all aspects dosages etc. what people are doing to get most gains etc
But I read very conflicting views about the best diet for best gains, high protein was discussed on another forum and one said to treat it like insulin and eat loads of carbs, any one experienced user please give me the advise I expect to get good gains with this, just need to sort out best diet.
