Really struggling with reconstitution using 0.3ml Syringe HELP!

Hi Guys,

Was accidentally sent out some 0.3ml syringes instead of 1ml and am really struggling to work reconstitution and dosing out so hoping someone can help!

I have 10mg of MT2

I want 1ml of water and have 0.3ml syringes to reconstitute - am I overthinking this and do I only need to do 3 syringes full with 0.3ml (0.9ml) and then add 0.1ml on top to make the 1ML reconstitution? If not please assist...

Then when i have the 10mg and 1ml in the vial I am wanting a 500mcg dose - how many ticks is this on a 0.3ml pin?
