Can I take pt-141 twice a day?

Has anyone else taken this twice a day on low dose to start with? Like .25-.30 mg X twice day?

I'm assuming the affects will start building upon each other?

I have taken it 2 times a day, but it was not double dose, i split the single dose in two shots to lessen side effects.

It is more like an "event" thing for me.

I dose 2mg about 3 hours before I see my girl. It is just starting to work about that time, 4/6 hours to get to max effect.

I have some benefit into the next day. If I re-dose on the second day I do not get near the benefit of the first day. I think the receptors need to get re-sensitized.
