Hi everyone. New to peptides and this forum, so please bear with me.
My wife and I have been taking peptides for the last month. I am taking them for weight loss and to add some muscle. My wife is taking them for weight loss, skin improvement, and improved sleep. So, our dosages and what we are taking are a bit different but we are both experiencing the same side effect, water retention.
My dosages:
CJC-1295 with DAC 1mg 2x a week for 4 weeks and then switching to CJC-1295 w/o DAC 3x a day
GHRP-2 100mcg 3x a day (AM, PWO, Pre-bed)
Ipamorelin 100mcg 3x a day (AM, PWO, Pre-bed) (also a BOOM dose of 2mg Sunday nights)
My wife’s dosages:
CJC-1295 without DAC 50-75mcg* Pre-bed
GHRP-2 200mcg Pre-bed
Ipamorelin 200mcg Pre-bed
*The reason my wife is taking less GHRH than GHRP is that in the research that I have done women benefit more from GHRP’s than GHRH because of increased Estrogen levels.
Is there something that we could take to take care of the water retention or maybe an adjustment in dosage?
