    Wrist surgery - BPC-157, TB-500

Hi, i have wrist surgery (scaphoid nonunion - bone graft), everything went well. So i'm after removing cast took nandrolone for 2 month, it help a lot but not 100%.

I want to remove stiffness, and gain range of motion back. After nandrolone i'm able to do push up!

    I start with peptides - BPC-157, TB-500 yesterday.

    My protocol is:

    BPC-157 300mcg daily (in wrist)
    TB-500 2000mcg 2 times a week (belly)

I am considering buying PAL GHK and dosage 300 mcg daily.

Do you think this is a good choice/protocol?

    Yeah,TB-500 can hlep healing .
The ordinary course of treatment is 2.0 or 2.5 mg taken by injection twice per week for 4-6 weeks, followed by monthly or twice-monthly injection of 2.0 or 2.5 mg as needed.

    not sure about BPC-157

I would suggest to split your BPC 157 dose in half and inject twice a day or do 200mcg twice a day (as close to the injury site as possible).

    TB-500 looks good.

    I can't suggest anything about PAL-GHK.

PAL-GHK could definitely help recovering faster from your injury and it's also pretty cheap so I would add it to your protocol.

You have been using TB-500 and BPC for a week, am I right? Can you update us how are your improvements?
