US Supplier Info Please

I've used MT2 many, many times over the last 9 years, but my trusted supplier is apparently no longer in business. I didn't use MT2 last year, and there are tons of new suppliers I'm not familiar with. Input and suggestions are welcome.

more and more supplier comes to promote their products.people don't know which one is good,which one is bad.
everyone afraid to be cheated or purchase fake products.
So before you purchase from someone,check it out from 3-4 points.

1 price
does this price make sense to regular? if you some experience about purchase before,you should know how much it is...if you don't,please compare with other more supplier's quotation.

2 quality
It is supplier can be provide test report?or some feedback from other customers?even if samples to test?

3 payment term
before we make trust of each other,what payment shall we choose? the payment can be protect buyer's benefit.
can be apply for refund if some accident happen.recommend: Paypal( need extra tax),Aliexpress(Base on Alibaba,also need extra tax).Both of 2 payment platform can be protect benefit well.then would be Western Union and Money Gram

4 shipping problem
some countries,some states.....there are high strict of custom.So many people care about if supplier can be send the products to our hand safe/fast.
If caught by custom,what is supplier can do?How do you comfirm customer's benefit?
So we need to know,if there are some service or good carrier for shipping.That's also important.
Recommend: DHL,FEDEX,EMS(some states are hard to pass).....
