How long should I wait before tanning

I've been taking mt2 for a few months now and I have never known the correct time to tan after injection I usually wait about an hour but today I only had 20 minutes to get to sun beds. I'm just wondering does it really matter can anyone explain if it does and give me a guideline? Thanks

Gday Striker,
I usually inject half an hour before sun exposure and that works best for me, I can spend the whole day in the sun without getting burnt
