I wonder if I could get some help advice to cut a long story short im 51 been bodybuilding for 30 years , dont really want to stop, but not trained properly for nearly a year due to other injuries ( forearm tendon popped last jan)
Consultants said he would operate on rotator cuff not too keen on that option
I was thinking of TB500 i have read loads about this and it may help, the awkwardness of the injury stops me from thinking about BPC 157 but i may still consider it
Need some comments/advice
