    results and side effects of igf-1 lr3

    I've been wondering about this peptide for quite a while as lots of guys are cycling it. Been learning plenty about it and see lots of threads about starting the Igf-1..

    But exactly how much can one gain on a cycle? Are there any bad side effects?

    Negative side effects: didn't notice any, maybe slight water retention.

    muscle gains: few kg of lean muscle. I think it is more of a long-run thing, with new muscle tissues you will have more muscle gains longterm. If your not going to do a multiple cycles, then don't expect to gain alot.

    I will add that it is awesome in post cycle therapy, helps to recover faster and adds even more gains.

    It is great for lean gains, increased recovery and little leaning out. I agree with Steven about the longterm effects.

    What dose per day did you use?
    is there an effective combo with IGF-1 or is it decent enough by itself?

    Use LR3 at 50-100mcg PWO. IGF-1 work very well with many different peptides but it's also good on it's own.
