So I have been taking LG & GW 10mg 2x a day (20 mg a day total) for 17 days. Added MK 1 week ago. Goal is to cut belly fat/love handles and build arms and chest. My product is cap form.
My question is when should I begin to see a difference???? I'm in the gym 5 days week for 90 minute workout. 3 days 15 minutes of light cardio and 60-70 with weights. 2 days are 30 minute cardio.
Diet consists of 2000-2500 calories, eggs, chicken, whey protein shakes, rice, salads, protein bars. Nothing really bad! I'm getting about 130grams of protein with body weight is at 185. Should I eat more? More protein?
Or do I need to be more patient?
